James Diller (Ph.D., West Virginia University) joined the ECSU faculty in 2008. He teaches Learning I & II, Sustainable Behavior, Ethics for Behavior Analysts, Physiological Psychology, Behavioral Science Statistics, and Research Methods I & II. His research includes behavioral economics, maladaptive choice, and the philosophy of radical behaviorism.
Sandy Jin (Ph.D., Western New England University) joined the ECSU faculty in 2013. She teaches Learning, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology of Childhood, Child Behavior Management, and Current Research in Child Psychology. Her research includes assessment and treatment of sleep problems, functional assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, behavioral pediatrics, child development and early life skills, and autism.
Joe Dracobly (Ph.D., University of Kansas) joined the ECSU faculty in 2014. He teaches Learning II, Ethics for Behavior Analysts, Psychopathology of Childhood, Abnormal Psychology, Research Methods I & II, and General Psychology. His research includes behavioral variability and creativity, basic processes in severe behavior disorders, and the functional analysis of everyday language.
