Nora Cole appeared most recently in the McCarter Theatre’s production of A Christmas Carol; as the Bride in Highway Ulysses. With Rinde Eckert: God Created Great Whales (Muse/Olivia, Foundry Theatre). New York and in London’s Barbican; Olivia’s Opus (one-woman show she wrote and directed, Second Stage, Negro Ensemble Company, Primary Stages, 1993 Black National Theatre Festival), On the Town (Diana Dream, Broadway), Jelly’s Last Jam (Anita, Broadway, National tour), Your Arms Too Short to Box with God (Broadway, National Tour), The Good Times Are Killing Me (Mrs. Willis, Second Stage), Groundhog (Georgette, New York Theatre Workshop).
