In "Building Positive Relationships with Young Children," teachers, home child care providers, and experts discuss how adult relationships with children impact children’s development, behavior, and readiness to learn. Strategies for building strong relationships with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and Kindergarteners are also shared.

The CT ELDS: A Valuable Tool for Supporting Young Children illustrates how early childhood providers can meaningfully incorporate the Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards in their planning and teaching in order to provide developmentally appropriate experiences for young children.
