Informal Grievance Procedure

  • Students are encouraged to directly discuss the matter with the individual most directly responsible, if appropriate (in person or in writing). 
  • If no resolution results, the student is expected to discuss the problem with the OAS Coordinator.
  • If the student is not satisfied after the OAS Coordinator’s involvement, the student can choose to follow the formal complaint procedures.
